The recent apps or quick resume doesn’t appears on menu, only tips app, help

what menu are you refering to exactly?

The home menu, only appears the quick tips app, I’m playing games with no problem, but when i close them, they just disappears from quick resume or recent activity

try factory reset and choose option keep games and data

But is solved, by itself
