It is a general error do a bit of do-diligence and find out what more there could be to it, check your Microsoft account on your browser to see what problems there may be

So you are on your Xbox and you can’t sign in, go onto account.microsoft.com and see if there are any problems, there is more to it than ‘no work’

Try typing your exact error word for word into google and troubleshooting

I alreadt did and I did everything to the videos on youtube and google but nothing work on xbox

Ok so you are on PC, ensure you are updated to the latest windows version available, make sure your Xbox app and Game bar app are both updated in the Microsoft Store, you could also try resetting the app in Settings>Apps>Installed Apps>Xbox

Or unintalling and reinstalling the app

I have noticed a lot of problems with the Xbox App on windows 11, sometimes it just doesn’t work
