Hey guys, i am reaching out because my Xbox account has been suspended for something i did not do. I was shocked to find out about this suspension, as i have never engaged in any of the fraudulent activities listed in the email I received.
To make things worse, due to this suspension, i am unable to contact Xbox Live technical support directly. Additionally, my Microsoft account was also blocked, but i managed to recover it using my phone number.
One possible reason for this misunderstanding might be that i live in Mariupol, a city that experienced war, and as a result, my region and IP address frequently change - sometimes appearing as Ukrainian, sometimes as Russian. This might have triggered an automatic flagging of my account, idk?
I simply wanted to play Forza Horizon, Sea of Thieves, and Minecraft with my friends, but instead, my account was unfairly banned for no reason. I swear, i have never committed any of the violations mentioned in the suspension notice!
Please, I kindly ask you to help me in this bad situation :(

What did you try to do and what happened?
I tried to play some Minecraft, Forza Horizon and Sea of Thieves with my friends, and what happened is my accout got banned.
What have you tried to do to fix it already?
I filed an appeal to have my account suspended and was denied.
Have you searched the error code or for similar problems?
There is no error codes for this problem and because my account is suspended, i CAN`T REACH OUT TO XBOX SUPPORT!
