@warped fractal Thanks for posting! Please remember, support here is volunteer-based and not official. Be patient after posting, and don’t spam or ask in other channels.
If your issue is about accounts, billing, contact Xbox Support directly.
If your issue is related to an Enforcement action, no one here can help.
To help us help you, make sure to answer:
- What did you try to do and what happened? (Be specific—mention your Xbox model, PC version, Insider ring, or anything relevant.)
- **What have you tried to do to fix it already? **(List everything you’ve done to fix it.)
- Have you searched the error code or for similar problems? (Tell us what you found.)
If you don’t answer these, you might not get a response.
- My OneDrive has 3GB of free storage. I can also upload files from my PC just fine.
- This error only occurs on both my Xbox Series X and S, my Xbox One S console can upload captures just fine using the same Account.
- The message I get is "Error uploading the screenshot to OneDrive 0x82323990"
- Uploads to Xbox Network work just fine, it's just OneDrive not working on both my Series consoles.
If this is happening only on manual uploads, a fix started going out tonight.
Check for updates in Settings > System > Updates to make sure you have it.
FYI, the Xbox update that started going out today fixes this OneDrive upload issue. If you want to make sure you have the update, check Settings > System > Updates.

Hey Xbox, for those that reported errors when manually uploading captures to OneDrive, we’re working on a fix. In the meantime, automatic uploads to OneDrive aren’t impacted, and for manual uploads, uploading to the Xbox network first and then OneDrive is a workaround.
