#Xbox only launching physical series x/one games

I got a series x today and the only games it can run are physical one/x games, i've tried digital one/x games digital and physical 360 games and they always just crash on launching, i've tried resetting the console keeping games and complete, i've tried making sure the power supply isn't the problem, it doesn't seem to be overheating, if anyone can provide a fix let me know
