Bought games arent showing up in my game owned library

Bought death stranding on 25/02 and it didnt show up in my owned games library. It says i own it in the xbox store. Still hasnt been fixed i also bought farcry 4 on 05/03 and it also hasnt shown in my games library

I have asked customer support said they have known about it for awhile not much else they told me and no error code

Are you still seeing this? When was the last time you logged in and checked? And is this with the gamertag linked to your profile?
