#Xbox Game Pass Conversion

I just got gifted 36 months of xbox game pass core( 12 months x 3 keys) 🎉🎉
But i dont own a console windowssad but i found out that you can convert core into ultimate which allows pc
It says i can convert core into ultimate with a ratio of 2:1 which means i should get 18months but it says a little bit different on the website under 2 different columns which could mean seperate things that i dont really understand could someone help me?

I want to able to get the full 18months what are the steps to do so please

Top one is for people who has ultimate and want to convert core. 2 to 1 is ratio people who dont have a active ultimate sub

Redeem 3 years core then buy ultimate and it will automatically convert to 18 months of ultimate

ah that would give 19 months or 18?

Not sure maybe 19. Last time in converted was before they updated the conversion rate in 2023

so to be clear i do things in this order

  • redeem 36months of my core without having an active subscription
  • buy an ultimate sub
  • it would automatically do it
