Not too long ago I was charged AGAIN since last year on December. I turned off reoccurring payments but two days ago it charged me AGAIN. I wish for a refund, since I can’t even do so on the xbox website.

- I canceled the subscription already, but i would still want a refund.
- I found many similar problems that were left unresolved
- When I tried refunding, before canceling the subscription it didnt let me
- Ive tried going on various xbox official posts on how to fix this issue, but in the end nothing worked

if it charged you then the renewal wasn't turned off and you need to sign in and do that. In general subs are non refundable
