When I open a game it says "You must be online to play this game" The next time you are online, go to Settings > General > Personalization > My Home Xbox. (0x803f9008). I have already restarted the wifi modem and restarted the console(I play on Xbox Series X) but it did not solve the problem when I have to open a game.

Most likely not a problem in our end, I’ve tried to power reset, disconnect and reconnect to WiFi, connecting to a different network, using another account etc etc
