I purchased minecraft for my boyfriend (Who lives in uruguay, I live in the us), And he cant redeem it for some reason. I made sure to set the area i pruchased it to uruguay so he could redeem it but it doesnt work. I tried redeeming it myself and it still doesnt work. I have tried changing both our regions and nothing has worked. Is there a way for me to refund it and buy it again or is there another way i can fix it?

whenever i go to the xbox refund page, it says i havent purchased anything, but on the microsoft page it shows the purchase but not the option to refund it
