#Still wrong Counter for Friends and Follows, also Unknown/Defect Friends in Ingame Xbox Friendlist

Hi there, since the new Friendlist Rollout i still habe a wrong Counter for Follow (it say2 but its empty).
Also in Ingame Xbox Friendlists (several Games) i have 2 UNKNOWN Profiles/Friends with Name UNKNOWN. I cant report them, delete them, show them complete or contact them.

Still no help, still nothing (no help via Xbox Forum, no help via Support Chat and and).

What can i do ?🙄

And yes this is also on severeal Consoles i login and yes its with the final actual OS Build and also on Insider Build (and yes i also reportet this there several times).

Usually this happens when someone you follow had their account deleted. I can have someone look into it for your account though.

Just to clear this.

On Dashboard:
i actual have real 5 Friends (thats correct) and it shows 5 *
i have real 0 Follow (thats correct) but it shows 2
i vahe real 0 Followrs (thats correct) and it shows 0

  • on Games that shows/uses the Xbox Friendlist i see 7 Friends. 2 of them with UNKNOWN as Name.
    When i try to report them, block or anything nothing happens. it opens the xbox menue with all the things i can to but when i press them nothing happens.
    when i try to open the profile of them i get an message ups something went wrong.

would be nice if someone can fix this

@Em , as i understand you, there will be an cleanup for this problem.

so, i have something new to report.

as i told, i have those 2 unknown named profiles (i cant do anything with them) in mostly all games that uses the friendlist.

now i have installed ghost wildland and also have there 4 real friends i know and 1 unknwon named and 1 that i dont know but with name. a also can open his profile.
but there i am not following and dont have him/her as friend but thats the second unknown profile.

dont know why wildlands can show who he is

Strange that only in breakpoint and wildlands there was one of the with the Profile name.

I check it.

In friend list das Board 5 friend counter and Real 5.

Followimg now 0 and Real 0

Following 0 and Real 0

Legends the 2 are gone so real 5

Halo 5 Real 5

Wildland i check in the mir Ing. There are alit of Server isses actual.

So, how did you Do that, whats connections you have at Microsoft.
Talking with Support Chat didnt work, on reddit Not but wiht you it worked.

So i Tell you in 6h whats with wildlands.

One question, also nerver recived the Gold badge. Support told me i am legit to get IT and will get IT. Nerver happens
You have also connections to Mr Gold badge? 🤔😎

Support wouldn't know about the Gold badge, and I know that's being investigated but I don't know progress (nor can I promise anything on that front).
