I'm basically at the point where I've lost hope on my mistake but maybe someone here has any ideas.
I go to sync my boyfriends dark souls 3 game I accidentally click console so I go to clear his local save data I very specifically checked to make sure it wasn't deleting everything. It says it'll still be on xbox live. I say cool. I do that to get it to sync again thinking that'll work. I get it to sync I click cloud. It says cloud data is the same as the consoles. Essentially it looks like by doing what i did I wiped his saves and his stats. Which I have no idea why or how this happened. Ive synced my games before and have accidentally clicked console and it never did any of this. I feel absolutely terrible. I'm trying to fins any way to fix this but it seems that It's permanent. I came here to see of anyone has ideas to fix or similar situations? I don't know. I didn't mean for any of this. I never would of thought that would of wiped his save data from the cloud.
