#Xbox acting like I don't have a Subscription

Does anyone know how to fix the issue of Xbox acting like I don't have ultimate subscription?
Like, If I goto my library and goto the gamepass tab it tell me to join the subscriptions instead of showing me the games or if I goto the eaplay tab it says "We're having trouble getting you stuff right now", ive tried hard reset; mac address reset, delete account and reinstall etc but nothing. Been like this for a few months now.
And if i goto the gamepass section on the home screen and click a game, the game card appears and tells me to buy it, so i have to goto the store and then select install or play via cloud from there.

If anyone has the same issue or a fix, it'll be greatly appreciated to fix this minor issue/pet peeve. Thanks

Sounds like your ultimate subscription has ended or your not signed in with that account

if you open up the xbox guide does it show ultimate next to your gamertag under profile?

sure but that isnt what i was exactly geting at have you done the above?
