I can’t seem to find it anywhere other than old out dated tutorials, I want to make it my Microsoft account only to stream

you want to disable remote play?

on your console settings - Device and connections -Remote features - uncheck enable play to stream

You can't do that. Anyone whose account is on the console can remote play if anyone can remote play.

You will need to remove the account from the box entirely if you don't want that person to be able to remote in.
