I heard that portal 2 is 60 fps on new gen, and I downloaded it, and it feels choppy instead of smooth

they don't have that bad of motion blur, am i missing a setting or something?
fps boost is not avalible for the game in the xbox series menu,
even though i've seen it at 60

And FPS Boost doesn’t apply to Xbox 360 games
