I bought a code and shipped it and went to download Forza to put me in the plans as if I didn't buy a game pass

I WENT TO SUPPORT AND DELETED XBOX AND TURNED OFF THE PC AND TRIED TO DELETE THE MICROSOFT ACCOUNT IT DIDN'T WORK
