Xbox download issues

My Xbox has randomly started having problems with its download speed and has dropped down to 4mbps.i updated my Xbox earlier and it fixed it but now it has proceeded to slow down and average 5 ish megabytes

I have already updated anything possible on my Xbox which fixed it before but is has started to decrease again down between 1-5mbps

Also I have tested my network speed in the settings and it has said that it is it regular speed
