So when I go to play a game like Fortnite, It randomly shuts off when its almost the last 4-5 people, And my xbox series x is clean and everything.

I have tried redownloading fortnite, I have restarted my console, and I also have tried using a fan to help it cool down, But it doesn't say its over heating.

idk they lost my xbox in transit and idk if it got messed up then, They were been supposed to send another one bc the one I got now was lost and they couldn't tell where my xbox was lost at so they were supposed to send another one.
