Can someone from the devs help me or someone that had the same problem as me

So my Xbox one s works and powers up just fine when I switch it on I enter the green Xbox intro but after it just goes blank black

Note: I tried to reset it with the 10 sec power off thing
Note: I also tried the low resolution same thing happens
