I have tried to download an update file for a game (20gb) at 09:00am this morning. It’s now 14:30 and it’s not even half way. When I have completed a network test it says it’s fine and the download speed is 43mps. Also we have a PS5 in the house and the same update file downloaded on that in 20 minutes so it’s not the network it’s the Xbox
