My nat type has been saying unavailable for over a month now Ive tried soft restarting my router wiping my entire xbox multiple times ive bridged my laptop and my xbox threw ethernet and it worked once for a bit and then it didnt work again, Ive tried changing my dns my ip settings on xbox everything possible and its still not working. I need serious help with this nothing has worked and nothing seems to work for me

*I have a xbox series x. first thing I did was tried watching youtube videos of the issue but none of them helped me at all. I restarted and did everything the xbox told me to, the only thing that work was clearing my mac address it worked for some days and after that it didnt work for me again, The issue keeps saying "Ip addres couldent be found" and telling me to unplug my router for 10 seconds and that also didnt do anything, It also said something about static ip which i didint even touch at all my ip was not touched once in my xbox so im also confused on that.

  • Soft restarting my router
    Power cycling my xbox
    clearing caches on my xbox
    fanctory reseting it 2 times, The first one worked but im stuck on the 2nd factory reset and nothings working
    changing from my monitor to my tv
    bridging my laptop to my xbox threw ethernet

  • all i found was useless videos that did not help me at all. Im also not allowed to enter my routers admin settings because my mom wont allow me so im really stuck on my options.

Please help me nothings working for me and I havent been able to play any games on my xbox.

you will need access to your routers admin settings to fix it as this is a network issue not a xbox issue.
