#Power box is making a noise

Hi everyone,

My power supply box is making a noise, I woke to it like this and have never experienced this before. I unplugged it and blew through the holes straight away as I figured it was just dust but the noise is still there, despite dust coming out and cleaning it. What can I do stop the noise?
