yeah, i also cannot connect to microsoft store; it keeps saying something about my connection. when i try to sign into the xbox app, it tells me I am not connected to the internet as well. i was unsure if i was the only one having this. I am NAEast, so not sure if it is regional or if I am the only one experiencing this. I tried so many things. I reset router, did lots of cmd stuff with resetting cache, dns, repairing/resetting apps, restarting services, and so on. nothing worked.

  • What did you try to do and what happened? (Be specific—mention your Xbox model, PC version, Insider ring, or anything relevant.)

#

Also reset firewall settings (they were default already) but that did not work either. A few others said they are having this issue as well, specifically people from NAEast.

#

it is fixed now somehow. i guess something was down

what error are you seeing exactly?

When I go to click play on a game in Xbox app, it says, "You're not connected to the internet. Check your network connection and try again." When I open the microsoft store, it says, "Something went wrong and Microsoft Store failed to initialize. Try refreshing and come back later.'

When I click Play on Xbox App for a game, it will load the game, but then it will ask me to log in (I am already logged in on the Xbox App it shows), but I log back in anywways by selecting the account I want log into. It takes a second to load, then it says that you are not connected to internet message. Then it gives me the error "There was a problem signing you in. Try again in a bit: 0x89235106".

Last night, this was the first time it occurred. I had recently downloaded Avowed. I played it for about an hour or two, then I closed the game. I was going to load Sea Of Thieves, but then I started encountering these errors. Then I went through all kinds of troubleshooting things like I mentioned above. After some time, it fixed itself I suppose. I played for a bit, but then I got off.

Then I got back on this morning and same issue occurred, but after about 10-15 mins, I could play the game. However, while I was playing I encountered the issue again, but then...again...it fixed itself.

Well, it just happened again, and now I am in the same pattern of waiting for it to resolve.

The Xbox App is just reacting to an issue with the Microsoft Store it appears.

#

I mean, for instance, I repair and reset MStore then tried to launch Avowed, didn't work, but just did it to Xbox App, and now it worked. To be clear, I have done this like 40 times already with repair and resets, so it is not like I just now did it. I am sure it will mess up again within the hour.

mmm, yeah i get it to work every once in a way temporarily. i am not sure if i am doing it or if it is just doing it by itself but i repair and reset about 40mins ago and it works again (but it will break again because i did this before).
