Looking to see if anyone else is having these issues when looking at clips taken in game? Started a few months ago and has not fixed. Can’t figure out why. When I record them they freeze when I go back to look at them. As they play it will stop and go stop and go and it’s across all of my games. Really hurts me as I upload to platforms.

Do you have the VRR (variable refresh rate) function activated? According to some documentation, this can cause freezes when viewing videos due to this setting.
