idk if this is a monitor issue or game / xbox issue but every shooting game i play the crosshair NEVER looks as it should look,
its always too thick or too big and has a small red outline but u only see it when ur close to ur monitor and it annoys me alot but i never found a fix for this but it looks normal in clips

But have you tried on a other moniter or xbox then you would have your answer

sure but i think that's the only way you be able to tell.
From what you said it sounds normal. I will say there isnt anything on a xbox settings level that you could change.
However some games may have crosshair settings in game.

But i also have thie other payment issue

It always says doesnt work or the card is wrong even thi everything is right and i have money on it

i always have ti buy a giftcard but they usually cost 5€ more

pay pal will only work if there is a supported card linked to your accounts.

If your card isn't working then its likley is not supported not all cards are.
