#Gift card issues

I’ve been trying for the past 30 mins to buy a bundle in Fortnite with Xbox money coming from a gift card. The problem is, it won’t let me use that money (the only options are PayPal, Credit and redeem card but the money is already on my account. I’ve tried getting help from the Xbox support but there was nothing to help me with (Also, I’m on Xbox cloud gaming)
