So I just bought a key for the Obsidian Pistol Ebon Bundle, and successfully redeemed it on XBOX. When I load into the game on PS5, no pistol or tankard or flag are there. I literally bought it 5 mins ago. The game in question is Sea of Thieves.

I don't play that game, and I certainly can't tell you about keys purchased on third-party sites, but... does that content appear on the Xbox platform? You may need to log into the game first so it registers properly before syncing with another platform.

Steam is not Xbox. You purchased this for Xbox.
In order for it to link properly you should be logged in on the correct platform you redeemed the code from.

I don't own the game so I can't help you further in that regard.
Personally, I would try to launch the game from an Xbox or PC with an Xbox account.

If you can get gamepass then you may be able to load it on PC using the xbox app other than that you cant do anything as the code was for xbox.

thing is, I have a code for 1 month worth of gamepass, got it from discord nitro, and when i try to redeem it i have to enter my card. i type in all of the info, but for some reason the location is locked on USA. im not in the usa nor have i ever been there, my microsoft location is my actual location and ive never typed it in as USA. still, i cant change it, and when i try proceeding (even though im not from the USA), i get sent back to the address bar
