No Signal on monitor

Does anyone know how to fix getting no signal from a monitor? I connected my Capture card to my PC, and my xbox and now when I plug the HDMI to the monitor it says no signal, but OBS picks up the footage. It’s weird because it was working fine on my TV but ever since this new monitor it’s been saying no signal

Could be your port or cord not sure

Make sure to place the cable at the e HDMI OUT port, if this is happening again, i think it's a faulty cable.
