It says I’m paying for Xbox live and testing the online connection says it’s fine

and the internet in my house is working

I didn’t even know what to try since I didn’t even know what the root of the problem was, but obviously I tried restarting the Xbox

It didn’t give me an error code and everything I looked up either said internet issue or no Xbox live
