#Can't log back into my account

Every couple of months when I log in it will tell me to sign in with my password and I forgot it and I can't rest it because the code won't load up on my gmail is there any way I can fix this I've had this account for like 7 years now and spent over 250$ on it I really hope there's a way to get it back
