I love when half of my games won't open

Been trying to play snowrunner for at least an hour and every single time I open the game it says "snowrunner took too long to start try again later"
I've restarted my Xbox and it still won't work.
Not to mention fallout won't work but that's to be expected with a Bethesda ip.
If the damn console would just say what went wrong instead of just going "uh oh we screwed something up and now you have to scour the Internet in order to find something somewhat coherent enough to explain what went wrong"
