even though I've had my account for over 6 years and I have no community guidelines violations, I couldn't find any info or ways to help on the resources provided by Microsofr, and I don't know what to do and I'm panicking because gaming is one of my main coping mechanisms.

Those aren't helpful I've looked over them at least 3 times now

None of the official resources provided by Microsofr are helping as I said, everything I look at just leads me to those two websites, and they can't even give me a reason

But when I can't even be provided with a reason by the official channels and websites what fo I do? Because the customer service line doesn't deal with these issues

Yes, that wasn't helpful either the only information it gave was in regards to family accounts and appeals through family members accounts

outside of that , your best bet it to get ahold on them on them live (no i dont have a magic button to getting the support site to actual give you a real person)
