#Xbox remote install

So i have an xbox one i have a disc but it seems a bit damge everytime i try to install the game it just stops at 4.4% and console keep giving errors, can i use the remote install to install it from the server and use the disc for the licence to start the game ?

I tried cleaning the disc not working at all the xbox recognize the game but wont fully install the disc

Yes. Cancel the installation remove the disc. Use mobile app to install the game. Then use disc as a play disc
