I am wondering if anyone has any tips on how I can get my Xbox party chat to work on PC. Anytime I join my friends party chat it just says they are "disconnected" and I am "connecting. Haven't be able to sucessfully join a party chat since I got my PC built (3 weeks). I searched online how to fix it and all I read was make sure it was updated but it is at the latest update.
