#Series X keeps game loaded even after powering off

Hi, I've recently ran into an issue where my series X keeps FC 25(only game this happens to) running and in a quick resumable state even after shutting down the console( I have the console set to total shutdown) it sometimes even does this after unplugging the console,as hard as that may be to believe it's true. Also when I quit FC 25 from the options menu and it sends me to the dashboard,the opinion to quit lingers for about 15 seconds before disappearing. Any ideas?

What do you mean the game is running when the console is shutdown that isn't possible

The game will stay ina quick reasune state so when you turn the console back on and start the game it will where it left of. It's suppose to do that it's a feature called quick resume
