#Rewards section missing on son's Series S.

The rewards section missing on my son's Series S tried all the basic troubleshooting, removed his account and readded it. Reset his console but nothing worked. I know recently there was a glitch with Xbox banning rewards by accident. Just trying to figure out what is going on.

If your son is under 18 I'm pretty sure Rewards isn't supported for child accounts.

Can you walk us through where you're going to find the Rewards hub? I'm an Xbox Insider, I know it's moved a few times, I just want to make it's the same for you.

It should auto update but if you see issues (or say, the wrong birthdate was entered at account creation) you should be able to contact support to fix it.

He is 18, born 2006. To my knowledge he shouldn't have a child account.

Does your son have rewards sign up? Have your son sign in on the rewards website and see if there’s any issue.
