#Rewards section missing on son's Series S.

If your son is under 18 I'm pretty sure Rewards isn't supported for child accounts.
This is true. They recently changed rewards and made them 18+ only.
Can you walk us through where you're going to find the Rewards hub? I'm an Xbox Insider, I know it's moved a few times, I just want to make it's the same for you.
Usually for me I click the Xbox button and go to my gaming icon and click My Rewards. Sons profile doesn't show that, wish I could upload a picture.
He's 18, is it still because he's in a family group?
When he first made his account he wasn't 18 but turned 18 last year does it auto update to a adult account or will it forever be a child account?
It should auto update but if you see issues (or say, the wrong birthdate was entered at account creation) you should be able to contact support to fix it.
Thank you for the help, double checked his account and it's correct, 2006. I can't even run the insiders app for him.
Mine's not there. Mine is under Profile, again my dashboard might be different because Insider. I have no idea it's preview or not.
That's exactly how mine is. Now for my son the my rewards isn't there.

He is 18, born 2006. To my knowledge he shouldn't have a child account.

Understandable, but if it's a region thing why would I have rewards and he wouldn't.

Does your son have rewards sign up? Have your son sign in on the rewards website and see if there’s any issue.
