I purchased the game, I own it and I am using the profile that bought it. However, whenever I attempt to boot the game up, it is stuck on the 360 screen indefinitely. I have uninstalled the game in an attempt to remedy this, but that didn’t seem to help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sometimes, if I load the game from quick resume, I’ll simply get a grey screen instead of the 360 screen
