I’ve literally tried everything. I’ve factory reset my Xbox, changed ports, got an internet booster, moved my intenet, and I disconnect SO frequently I can’t even use my Xbox. It will kick me off the internet for like 6-7 seconds, just long enough to cancel all my games and then it puts me back on. It’s been like this for 5 months, I just want to get it fixed.

no worries wifi can drop in and out taking a look at what you tired so far. I would advise using a wired connection. That may mean moving your set up. If thats an issue then you can use a Powerline adapter this will let you use a power socket for a network connection.

I don’t have lag on my games often, and if I do then it’s not bad. It’s not lag related as it will sometimes just do it (for a few seconds) then put me back on, but it won’t be lagging.

Okay I gave you my advise and what you should do. Based on what you said. When it drops that's your Internet connection dropping so using a wired or power line would stop this happening.
