does anyone know what’s wrong with my display? I think it’s a tv issue but

The 1st image is what it looks like right now, and if I go on Xbox cloud gaming (the 2nd image) that’s what it looks like and what it’s meant to look like

I need to change something on my tv I think. Just don’t know what.

But what’s weird is yeah. Cloud gaming fixes it.
