So I have an Xbox One S that like the title says, powers on for about .8 seconds, chimes, light turns on, and then kinda pops from the speaker, not a spark, just kind of a pop sounds like when you put your finger on an aux port. after the pop, Xbox turns off. fan does not spin. tested power supply, reads 12.somthing volts, USB ports provides 5 volts. did a little bit of digging and saw other people probing certain points on it for voltages, however my specific xbox didn't have those points or didn't provide the right voltages. I can provide a video, or any other info if needed.

umm do u directly plug the console to the power source? or do u have a voltage stabilizer? (I highly recommend using a voltage stabilizer)
