Title pretty much sums it up. The display keeps flashing black every second or so. The only screen it doesn't seem to do it is the screen when you hold the guide button (Turn off console, turn off controller, restart console) and the settings menu.
I've tired power cycling both the Xbox and TV, checking HDMI cord, turning off the surge protector for s few minutes, restarting the console, nothing has helped any.
