Hey yeah got a question that I shouldn't have but why don't some of my games that I've bought work offline such as battlefield 1 it says that I need to make my Xbox a home Xbox but it already is and it just becomes a big loop

@hushed mortar Thanks for posting! Please remember, support here is volunteer-based and not official. Be patient after posting, and don’t spam or ask in other channels.
If your issue is about accounts, billing, contact Xbox Support directly.
If your issue is related to an Enforcement action, no one here can help.

To help us help you, make sure to answer:

  • What did you try to do and what happened? (Be specific—mention your Xbox model, PC version, Insider ring, or anything relevant.)
  • **What have you tried to do to fix it already? **(List everything you’ve done to fix it.)
  • Have you searched the error code or for similar problems? (Tell us what you found.)

If you don’t answer these, you might not get a response.

When was the Xbox last online? I think it’s every 30 days, Xbox needs to check licenses/home status.

dont bf1 needs to be online?

# hushed mortar It doesn't let you set it while offline

Correct that's what Tacti is telling you. You need to be online to set it

Some games also do require a Internet connection and can not be used offline. These will be marked on the game case or in the store advising a Internet connection is needed to play

My internet is back up so I don't really have the issue again but I will still have it when it goes down again

You can test various attempts at fixing it by disconnecting your network

Always better to work on a solution when you have lazy time and it isn’t urgent!
