#xbox cloud gaming option doesnt appear

hello i bought my xbox game pass ultimate today on my pc at first everything was okay whenever i tried to play any game on the cloud gaming option the screen would black out and come back to the play page again i tried to fix looking up on yt videos where it said to set your preferred language to english(US) and i checked the app it was on the same language as he said and below that was another language pack named english(india) and i thought if i deleted it so it would fix the issue but it didnt next thing i knew was that the cloud gaming option disappeared from the xbox app even the cloud settings were gone i have tried a lot of methods from forums still doesnt work i updated my windows and all the store apps and repaired and reset the app kept reinstalling still didnt work i need some help please

Are you in a supported region for cloud gaming?

Try playing cloud on the browser.

Also browser says i need to connect a controller

The trying the browser was to test the issue. You’ll need a controller for most games on cloud through the app too.
But for the app, check that you’re signed into the store app on the same account.
