I got an xbox one controller its on and i hold the pairing button but it doesnt show up in my bluetooth any fix?

Are you sure your Xbox One Controller has Bluetooth functionality? The launch model doesn't have bluetooth, only the later ones have it.
You can tell by the plastic. If it's part of the glossy part connected to the bumpers it's an old one.
