- **What have you tried to do to fix it already? **(List everything you’ve done to fix it.)
- Have you searched the error code or for similar problems? (Tell us what you found.)

Try your recovery options, if they don't work contact support. Try to contact a person from support, explain the situation and provide them with proof. Keep your receipts and purchase history ready. Since you can't access your account get it from your payment method, or your e-mail history.
