So i have had cuphead for a while now on xbox along with its dlc. Today i decided to install it on pc also since im not really using the console much, i managed to install the base game but the dlc is not marked with "owned" even though i have it on xbox.

I'm not absolutely sure, but the DLC might not be Play Anywhere like the game is. I think DLC needs to always be purchased seperately on PC, but I don't really play on PC so I'm not 100% sure.
