#My account got hacked

my account got hacked a while ago and I wanted to get advice on how to go about getting in touch with support and seeing if I can get it back I have my old Xbox with my old account still on it and when I try to sign in with my old account email, it says it doesn’t exist. And when I try to create a new account using the same old email, it says this one exists. i’d be grateful for any advice.

it was on an Xbox one S and they changed the email I have the hackers email if that can help.

and I need to actually speak with a support agent that’s why I was looking for a number
