- **What have you tried to do to fix it already? **(List everything you’ve done to fix it.)
- Have you searched the error code or for similar problems? (Tell us what you found.)
If you don’t answer these, you might not get a response.
Nothing helped and all attempts has failed
Attempted a password reset and it has failed
Sounds like you might need to contact official support if the password reset system isn’t working for you
Like, it said I’d have to wait until tomorrow because I requested too many codes yet all the ones I got were wrong
So I can’t log in at all to get a call or even chat with support aside from the bot that gives me a standard FAQ
You can create a temporary account to contact support. This is outlined in the official support docs on “how to contact support if you can’t access your account”
I must’ve missed that one

What’s the support number? Nothing on the website is helping and neither email “alias” is working
The support site is the only way to contact them.
There is no direct phone number or email addrsss.
Certain issues have a “call me back” option when you go through the little support wizard thing.
Ugh
Because neither email “alias” works, not even my own phone number so I technically “lost” my account
So what’s one example that WOULD have a call back option? I may use that to piggy back for my issue, you just gave me a good idea that may work
Just click through the options on the support site that seem relevant. I don’t know what they are.
