I have an Xbox 360 profile downloaded on my console so i can play Sonic Adventure, But when i click on the profile it asks who i am on my Xbox Series X, i click on my profile and nothing happens. i have no idea how to fix this, is it bad internet? Ive tired advice on Youtube and nothing has adressed this issue.
