I'm trying to connect to the pad with this small adapter and via USB to the adapter and 2pf

The headphones connect normally to the adapter, but there is absolutely no sound from the console

I'm trying by phone and it works, but it doesn't satisfy me.

If anyone uses Steelseries wireless headphones and it works, please help

also i assume you brought the Xbox Version of that headset and not the PlayStation because the PS version will not work on Xbox.

Xbox does not have Bluetooth audio.

Only a very select set of headphones work wireless with Xbox.

There are 3 different versions of that headset. Only the “5X” works wirelessly with Xbox

Regardless you need to either use a headphone cable (not a usb cable) or get the 5X version

As previously mentioned there are a couple of specific Xbox headphones that say they work with the Xbox that use their own wireless protocol along with a base station.

I think there are maybe a half dozen of those.
